Symposium: connecting data for research: good practices for data integration and reuse

The enthusiasm on gathering and sharing open data is growing due to better technological tools and external incentives of funding agencies. Scientists are willing to enrich their research with more data, combining different datasets and tools for visualization and analysis but they are still struggling with the proper way to work with it. This symposium on connecting research data aims to provide best practices for researchers on gathering and disseminating data, using interoperable standards and working with obstacles as juridical aspects and data quality.
